Organic is leading interactive marketing agency. I worked as a creative lead on a project-basis, in charge of small to medium teams to deliver online advertising campaigns, microsites and websites. As the creative lead, it was my responsibility to come up with the creative strategy and vision, sell that through to the client, and then lead a team of designers, copywriters, information architects and engineers to produce the work. My clients included: Mitsubishi Motors, Sprint, Janus, Washington Mutual and eBay. On the Sprint account, I was the creative lead in our Interactive Agency of Record relationship, managing a team of nine creatives in a grueling three-week campaign cycle to market Sprint's wireless consumer and business products.
