The Challenge
Tellme is an integrated voice response (IVR) system provider, powering the automated phone experiences for such large clients as Domino’s Pizza and Orbitz. In the spring of 2009 Tellme wanted to expand their market a little, trying to convince medium to large businesses to switch from expensive call centers to Tellme’s more cost-effective and consistent experience.
The Solution
Illustrated testimonials were used to break out of the pack. Business decision makers were the primary audience with technical decision makers being a close second. Pain points about current phone experiences were identified and Tellme’s products were offered as the solution.
